Smart Move Organizing was recommended in a Facebook group, so I reached out. Kelsey was timely in responding and provided a free virtual consultation. We agreed on an organization package, which is listed on her website, and then set up a date to get the work done. Prior to the start date, Kelsey came out and took measurements of every single drawer and cabinet. She ordered inserts, bins, and dividers that would fit each specific space.

I have been a bit disorganized for most of my life! I find it much easier to lay my clothes on the chair by my bed or on the counter by the shower instead of folding them or hanging them back up. This clutter and the extra time it takes me to find items - finally got the best of me. I was complaining about this and someone mentioned Kelsey and her smart Move organizing. I must admit that when I made the appointment, I was anxious about the process. I contemplated cancelling because I couldn't imagine someone coming in and trying to improve my situation! And I was amazed!! Kelsey is so kind and patient and really talked out what I was trying to achieve. And she also just took over on certain concepts that I wasn't even thinking about. Like hanging everything on the same type of hanger to make the closet so much more tranquil!!!
It was an amazing transformation and now I feel so much more at peace when I go to the closet and try to find something. I don't have to search for several minutes to find what I am looking for. I needed to purge and I was able to give away 5 trash bags of clothing that I wasn't wearing anyway. It was a success far greater than I could have imagined!!!!!!

Kelsey took our primary kitchen pantry and an area under our stairs where we stored Christmas decor and literally transformed it! I cannot believe how clean, organized and how much space I now feel I have in both locations. Not only was she incredibly professional and friendly, she took time to get my 'okay' on getting rid of items that were expired from our pantry. I have full trust in her to be in my home while away at work to get the job done and would love to have her back to organize other areas in our home in the future! Highly recommend!
