Nodgaard Pro Digital Planner Terms

These terms apply to the Pantry & Cabinet Planner, Drawer Planner, and other digital planners offered through Nodgaard Pro by Smart Move Organizing, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These terms supplement our general website Terms of Use. If the two conflict on a matter specific to the planners, these planner terms control.
Free Access and Account Requirements
Nodgaard Pro currently provides free online access to the full Pantry & Cabinet Planner and Drawer Planner. An account is required to use the planners. No payment or credit card is required for this free access.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Your account is for your individual use. You may not share login credentials or allow another organizer or business to use your account unless we expressly authorize additional users.
Creating an account does not transfer ownership of the planner software or content.
Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, you may use the planners for personal projects and professional client work. You may use them across multiple client projects and print, save as PDFs, and share completed project plans, layouts, and shopping lists with your clients.
Permission to share completed project materials does not include permission to distribute the planner software, source code, or account access.
Online Access
Your account provides online access to Nodgaard Pro through the platform hosted and operated by Smart Move Organizing.
No software, source code, HTML files, or other program files are transferred or provided for download or installation. Permission to print or save completed project plans does not grant permission to download or redistribute the underlying planner tools.
Included Access and Future Offerings
Current free access includes the full Pantry & Cabinet Planner and Drawer Planner, plus product catalog updates as they are released.
Free access does not guarantee access to every future Nodgaard Pro planner, product, upgrade, or feature. Future offerings are included only when expressly stated.
We may change the availability, features, or pricing of future access. Current free access is not a promise of permanent free access to all features or offerings.
Creating a free account does not authorize future charges or enroll you in a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will require your separate agreement to its pricing and payment terms before you are charged.
Prior Purchases
If you previously purchased access to Nodgaard Pro, the offer and payment terms disclosed at the time of your purchase continue to govern that purchase.
Creating or using a free account does not automatically cancel an existing paid subscription or change a prior purchase agreement. For questions about a previous purchase or subscription, contact [email protected].
Intellectual Property
We retain our rights in the original, copyrightable code, text, graphics, and other content we own within the planners.
Except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the planner tools or our proprietary content without written permission.
These restrictions do not prevent you from sharing completed project plans with clients as permitted above. You retain any rights you have in your own project information.
Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Measurements, Layouts, and Estimates
The planners provide planning assistance based on the information you enter and the product information available within the tools. Results are estimates and do not guarantee fit, availability, or final cost.
Before purchasing products, verify your measurements, usable space, clearances, product dimensions, quantities, and suitability for the intended use. Allow for obstructions, hinges, shelf supports, and other conditions that may affect fit.
Product prices, specifications, availability, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes may change. Verify current retailer information and checkout totals before ordering or presenting final costs to a client.
Physical organizing products, shipping, installation, personalized design services, hands-on organizing services, and client-specific support are not included with free planner access.
Project Data, Browser Saving, and PDFs
You can save projects in the web browser you use for each planner and return to them later in that same browser.
Browser-saved projects are stored locally and do not automatically sync across browsers or devices. Creating an account does not mean your projects are backed up to your account or stored for retrieval on another device.
Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or using private browsing may affect your ability to retain or retrieve saved projects.
You are responsible for saving your projects and keeping copies of any results you wish to retain. You may print or save a PDF of your completed plan for your records or to share with clients.
You may continue to use and share completed project PDFs and printed plans if your planner access ends, subject to these terms.
Browser and Device Requirements
Nodgaard Pro works in a current web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. The mobile version involves more scrolling. A computer or tablet is recommended for easier planning, especially for larger projects.
Compatibility and performance may vary by browser, device, settings, and internet connection.
Updates and Availability
We may update product catalogs, correct errors, and revise planner features. Access does not guarantee that every retailer or product will be included.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Requests for additional products may be submitted for consideration. A request does not guarantee that a product will be added or establish a deadline for its inclusion.
Third-Party Retailers and Affiliate Links
The planners may link to third-party retailers. We do not control those retailers’ websites, inventory, prices, shipping, returns, or warranties.
Purchases made through third-party retailers are governed by their terms and policies. Questions about a physical product or order should be directed to the retailer.
Some shopping links within the planners are affiliate links. Smart Move Organizing may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
Misuse and Access Restrictions
We may suspend or terminate access for account sharing, unauthorized redistribution or resale, attempts to bypass access controls, or other material violations of these terms.
Any suspension or termination remains subject to applicable law.

For login or password issues, first use the password-reset option on the login page.
